POSTS: WATER TRUCK OPERATORS X2
• Location: Lyleveld Siding
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING):
- Collect water as required.
- Record all collections.
- Fill tanks as required.
- Dampen roads as directed.
- Continually check the gauges of the Water Truck Machine during operation.
- Operate the Machine within the manufacture’s specifications and in accordance with standards set during training.
- Fill up with fuel as required.
- Keep the Machine clean.
- General work on site when required (none operating).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Water Truck, code 14 license and PDP
- 3 years related working experience in the mining industry.
- General mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Be prepared to work after hours when needed.
- Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment.
